Refund Policy


We currently only ship to Hungarian addresses.

*Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been placed. Please note that you have to place the order no later than 2 pm CET if you want your products to be shipped the same day when you order has been placed. Our aim is to fulfil your order in between the time scale indicated above, however we do not assume responsibility if the delivery times are longer than indicated.

Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Statutory Holidays.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem!

You can return any item for a refund or direct exchange within 10 days of receiving your original order. Any item returned outside of the 10 day return window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn. Returns should include tags and any original packaging. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and your refund refused.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage
and use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.


If you want to do a direct exchange for the same product in another size or colour, please contact the Customer Service Team via our support e-mail.

If the item you want to exchange is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If an item is defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will complete it within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a 5-10 working days. We'll refund the original price that you purchased your item, this includes sale items.

In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the timescale shown above, please contact the Customer Service Team via our support e-mail.

In all correspondence make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned, when this was returned to us and any delivery reference numbers (i.e. from a courier service).


Refunds are not available on sale items.
